About Us

If you truly want to build and scale a long term and scaled business and have a target in mind we would love to talk.

How We Work

Our Approach

We are looking to partner with management teams to invest in and grow market leading businesses. We generally look for profitable businesses with at least $5 million of annual revenue with the potential to scale to $500 million or more.

We generally focus on leveraged buyouts, build-ups and growth equity investments and rarely do early stage or venture investments.

We are interested in backing young teams who are interested in growing high-quality operating businesses over multi-decade time horizons. We are industry agnostic and we don’t do startups. We don’t do turnarounds. We back young talent and help guide them in developing and growing a business at scale.

We use only our own capital and ultimately want our management teams to become majority owners.

If you truly want to build and scale a long term and scaled business and have a target in mind we would love to talk.

Revenue in excess of 5M and EBITDA in excess if 1M

Target initial equity checks of $2M -$10M

Large and fragmented markets

Profitable (we do not do turnarounds)

Liis May

Liis May

Executive Assistant

Every company needs someone who is “the glue” that holds things together, who is capable and knowledgeable in virtually all aspects of the business, can think broadly enough to see opportunities, yet be laser-focused enough to proactively solve problems before they become ‘problems’. For BWG Holdings, that person is Liis. Her experience across a multitude of business types ranging from software to construction provide her with a breadth and depth of expertise that is vital in the day-to-day operation of the company. An avid tennis player, Liis also applies her expertise as a local League Coordinator for USTA. She is the devoted mother of two adult children, one of whom has followed her mother into the business world, while the other is a missionary in Panama.
